- Express Shipping – 1 day, order before 3 pm (Please check if GOGOVAN covers your location before purchase) Please write down your home available time at ORDER NOTES
- Normal Shipping – 2-4 days (Deliver by SF Express)
- Backorder – 7 days (Product is out of stock recently, we tried hard to fill in stock and send to you)
SUP Board Delivery
- All SUP board use GOGOVAN delivery
- Customer can pay delivery fee when receiving the product / prepay $400 delivery fee during check out (if you may not free to receive at home in the afternoon)
- SUP board is not available for local pick-up & retail store shopping temporary

A flat rate $45 will be charged for shipping to Hong Kong.

On day delivery – 1 day, order before 3 pm Please check if GOGOVAN covers your location before purchase. We will call GOGOVAN for on day delivery. Recipient will receive driver call and pay the delivery fee to driver.
Normally, it takes 1-2 working days for office address; 1-3 working days for residential address.
We always try our best to deliver as soon as possible but we do not guarantee any delivery arrival time. Refund will not be provided for any late delivery reason.
Local-pickup is suggested for urgent order.
We accept Credit Card. Cash is accepted at our Kwun Tong pick up point.
Exchange would be offered for products with quality problems within 7 days of order receipt. Please bring the product to our office for exchange. We will not exchange the product if it is used.
Refund would not be offered for any purchase. For product with quality problems, we will offer a product exchange. Refund will not be provided for any late delivery reason.
We try our best to get your item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. It may take a longer time to deliver the product to you. Should you have any question regarding to your back-order item, please leave us a message.
